The first of this week’s American Idol episodes will come straight from the windy city of Chicago and country star Shania Twain will be joining the judging panel.

The ‘From This Moment’ singer hasn’t been in the public eye much in recent years, so we’re keen to see how she performs as a judge and how relevant her critiques are.

It will also be interesting to see if the appearance, on one of America’s most popular TV shows, will help reignite her music career. After all it has been years since her “Up!” album.
